IMPROVEMENT PROPOSAL 

JMU CENTER FOR INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY

 

The Crux View Consulting Team began researching the JMU Center for Instructional Technology for ways to improve performance and efficiency in September 2014. CIT hired CVC to specifically  increase efficiency among the student employees in the department. 

 

After close research and analysis, the Crux View Consulting team identified and developed solutions for the three main problem areas pertaining to the student Learning Technology Consultant position.  The following proposal display the process, findings, and changes made throughout this investigation.

Keys, Canvas, Clickers, audio recording, and basic computer software troubleshooting

To lead, support and advocate for the meaningful integration of appropriate

  • Stay informed of emerging technologies and related issues

  • effective technological pedagogy

  • Resources, people, equipment, money, and space to promote use of digital content into learning
